my plan...
south america in november 2009, i plan to fly to buenos aires where i will stay until february (possibly going to uraguay during that period,) i am then planning to go up to brazil where i will go to carnival, then head north maybe go see more of brazil, then just basically head all the way round south america going through venezuela where i have a friends family to stay with in caracas, visit margarita island, then go west through colombia heading down to ecuador, peru, chilli, bolivia, paraguay and back to argentina, the whole trip is going to be spontaneous with some planning..... i am going to look into more depth where i will go in all those countries just at the moment seems so far away, but i know i need to do a fair amount of research.
In argentina i will live in buenos aires where i will learn spanish, party, play football, meet people and live either with a host family or shared accomdation,
i want to experience the culture from partying to food, football, dancing, and meeting locals and fellow travellers, but mainly going out socialising.
I have finished my exams in the last couple years and am wokring at the moment, 2 save for this trip of a life time.

i am very outgoing and social, i'm not the most serious of people and like to have a laugh and joke about a lot. i have no trouble with meeting new people getting on well and having a good conversation
i love to party, play football (is my passion). and love all other sports (im very active and like to stay fit and healthy) but still love a good drink

i love to travel last year i visited amsterdam, italy, barcelona, switzerland, thailand, laos and the oman airport! ive been all over the wolrd but never to south america so am really excited.
I plan to travel alone however would be nice to meet people in buenos aires for when i first arrive there in november or just simply to talk with someone about the trip before hand and possibly meet them anywhere else on my travels. it would also be nice to meet prior to see if we would get on well as i wouldn't want to get there and feel obliged to spend time with someone i didn't really get on with! you know what i mean!
It would also be nice to speak to people who have been to south america who can recommend ideas to me and places to go or anyone that will be going to south america at the time i'll be there
i'm travelling alone as none of my friends are currently in my position so im not a weirdo who has no friends to go with haha...
i am not really looking for someone to be with me the whole time, just to meet up with at certain times during the trip, but if i really got on with them then why not............
