I was born in Eggenburg at christmas 1962. I lived there for 3 years and then every holiday. I grew up in Vienna and went to school there starting with 4 years elementary school, 4 years grammar school, 5 years Higher Technical school (Abitur). After that I studied Electrical Engineering at the Technical University Vienna following with my PhD Study in the area of Laser Soldering and Quality Rating of Solder Joints with the help of Infrared Radiation Measurement (very technical :-)).
I started my occupational career at Schiebel by developping Mine Detection Devices and organising European Development Projects. Since 2002 I am working in the area of controlling and Project Management at ARRI which is developing and producing cameras for the 35mm professional film market.
