• - My specialities are sinigang (pork/beef/fish simmered in broth with tamarind or guava), bulalo (beef shank simmered in broth with sweet potato, cabbage and bok choy), sisig (chopped meat on a hot plate), if you can't eat those. I also make burgers, pizza and pasta.
