During my journey around the world, the idea for this community was born and I started realizing my dream right away after I came back. I hope you guys like my idea and will help to build this community.

I was an architect at the same time the lecturer in the Architecture Department of 17 Agustus 1945 (UNTAG) University, Semarang - Indonesia. As the lecturer, I really liked to carry out the research about good tourist attractions in Indonesia and in Asia. In the process of this research, I gathered and became the moderator in milis ibackpackerclub that finally had brought me togethered with the topic of my research to to the side of the behaviour a person backpacker. I finished Uni 2 years ago studying community art projects and have since been traveling and working abroad teaching English.
